R&D Supervisor

Responsibilities :

Responsible for developing new products, improvement of existing products including formula and manufacturing process improvement, alternative source projects, toll in/toll out products and technology transfer to obtain formulas and manufacturing process of products that meet good quality standards and can be applied to production scale effectively and efficiently.

Requirements :

• Education Pharmacist (Apt)
• Minimum 2 years experiences in R&D Pharmaceutical Company
• Ability to effectively direct and supervise
• Have a knowledge in GLP/CPOB
• Have a knowledge in GMP, CAPA, HULS/HULT
• Have a knowledge in NPD, Validation EDGED, Regulation FI VI
• Have a good analytical thinking, systematic, able to work independently and in a team
• Willing to be placed in Semarang
